6.RETURNS AND OR EXCHANGE
6.1.Subject to 6.2 below, Worshond Vellies en Khaki are accompanied by an implied warranty of quality, which cannot be contracted out of or be revoked.
6.2.Worshond Vellies en Khaki do not warrant that the goods purchased are reasonably suitable for the purpose for which the goods are intended.
Worshond Vellies en Khaki do not accept responsibility where goods are purchased and reserves the right to refuse an exchange where the goods are the incorrect size or when there is a slight variation in the colour. You are advised to make sure that the goods purchased are the correct size.
6.4.Where goods purchased from Worshond Vellies en Khaki are defective as a result of a manufacturing error or poor workmanship, please make contact with Worshond Vellies en Khaki to have the goods repaired, replaced (subject to availability) or refunded.
6.4Should Worshond Vellies en Khaki decide to replace the goods or refund you, such replacement or refund is conditional to Worshond Vellies en Khaki receiving the goods in its original packaging, with the original invoice and in similar condition as dispatched and when purchased.
6.5.Delivery charges are non-refundable. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of being received by Worshond Vellies en Khaki. Worshond Vellies en Khaki ensures that all products are of high quality when they are shipped to customers.
6.6Should you wish to return the goods purchased, and such return is not the result of a manufacturing error or poor workmanship, Worshond Vellies en Khaki shall not be obligated to agree to such return and may use its own discretion in accepting such return . In the event where Worshond Vellies en Khaki has agreed to such return, any refund will be subject to Worshond Vellies en Khaki receiving the goods in its original packaging. After receiving the goods, Worshond Vellies en Khaki shall refund you the purchase price, less courier charges and a cancellation fee, as indicated below.
6.7Please note that the following are primary reasons for the rejection of a claim. The list includes but is not limited to:
Normal wear & tear;
Damage caused by incorrect use of product;
Damage caused by incorrect of failure to care of product;
Incorrect size;
Slight variation in colour; and
Any repairs or changes made to the product not authorised by Worshond Vellies en Khaki.
6.8If the incorrect size or colour Vellies ordered is due to your fault, you will be liable for the return courier costs.
7. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
7.1.If you cancel your order before shipping, we will refund you the full price of the order minus a 15% handling fee.
7.2.If you cancel your order after shipping, we will refund you the price of the order, minus shipping and handling, the return shipping and a 15% handling fee, after we receive the product.
